Exercise 1 - PERSONA

.  Sketch your customer Ecosystem.
.  Define your Persona.
.  Contact from 3 to 5 personas and schedule an in-person conversation with each of them.
.  Repeat until you identify their main problems.


Exercise 2 - PROBLEM

. Start building your Problems Matrix.
. Identify and Sketch the Problem you want to solve.
. Contact from 3 to 5 personas and schedule an in-person conversation with each of them.
. Interview and ask if they Must Have a solution for the Problem you are trying to solve and Why or Why Not.
. Repeat until you identify at least 12 personas that Must Have a solution for the Problem you are trying to solve.



Exercise 3 - SOLUTION

. Start writing down your Business Model (LeanCanvas.com)
. Define your Unique Value Proposition.
. Sketch your Vision.
. Contact from 3 to 5 personas and schedule an in-person conversation with each of them.
. Interview and ask if they Must Have your Solution and Why or Why Not.
. Repeat until you identify at least 12 personas that Must Have your Solution.


Exercise 4 - EARLY ADOPTERS

. Define a Minimum Viable Experiment that attacks the most valuable feature of your solution.
. Connect with at least 5 personas and schedule an in-person conversation with each of them to experiment your Solution.
. Interview and ask if they want to be an Early Adopter for your Solution Now and Why or Why Not.
. Repeat until you identify at least 5 personas that want to start trying your Solution Now.
