STEP 4 - MVP

"Work smarter not harder."

"Ironically, the way to go big is to focus small. You are more likely to discover what will go big by focusing on individual use cases." - The Lean Entrepreneur, Brant Cooper and Patrick Vlaskovits

What is your solution's MOST important feature?

Identify that unique feature from your solution that if you remove it the whole product stop making sense. Start experimenting your solution from that most important feature. Only after you have early adopters already using this feature then you start caring about the rest of the product.

"In product development, the Minimum Viable Product or MVP is a strategy used for fast and quantitative market testing of a product or product feature, popularized by Eric Ries for web applications." (FromWikipedia)

"A version of a new product which allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort." ( Eric Ries )
"If you are not embarassed by the first version of your product, you are launching too late."
